Explores the world's largest industries, tourism, hospitality, and event management. Topics include the history foundations, and career opportunities in industries susch as food, lodging, resorts, commerical tourism enterprises, entertainment and event management. Industries are studied from both regional and global contexts including an overview of the history, geography, and economics of tourism in world cultures.
