MGT 430 - Management of Multinational Corporations

Focuses on the nature, functions and activities of the multinational firm. Explores the strategies and structures of multinnt.ional corporations and the challenges of managing in multiple countries and markets. Examines the allocation of resources and the role or strategic alliances as an important element of global strategy. These factors are analyzed in the context of the economic, political, social, legal, and technological constraints faced by managers of multinational corporations.
